Welcome to Day 1! I’m so psyched you’re here, because you just said yes to an incredible adventure. I’m honored to be your guide and I can’t wait to get started.

To begin any manifesting process, you have to get clear about what you want to attract. Maybe there’s one specific desire you want to manifest now. Maybe there are many things you want to attract. Or maybe you just want to feel better. Whatever you want to focus on is totally fine, as long as it makes you feel good to dream about it.

This Manifesting Challenge will help you feel good, which is what really manifests greatness in your life.

But first, let’s address the elephant in the room. You might have a big desire, a dream you’ve held for a long time—but it’s possible that you’re blocking it.

The main way people block their desires is by not believing they’re worthy of them.

And even if you do believe you’re worthy of your desire, it’s possible there’s a lingering whisper in the back of your mind that says, “It’s too good to be true,” or, “This is too much to ask for.”

My intention for today is to help you clear away the feelings of unworthiness, feel good about what you want, and CLAIM YOUR DESIRE NOW.


Why is this so important?

To truly manifest from a place of power, you must bring in positive energy.

Sometimes we really want something because it will make us feel better or more special than others. Other times we want something because we hope it will help us avoid dealing with something we don’t want to face.

For instance, maybe you want a work promotion so your family will approve of you. Maybe you want a relationship because you don’t feel complete on your own. Or maybe you want a big house you can show off to friends.

There’s nothing wrong with wanting a promotion, a loving relationship or a house, of course. But as you can see, these kinds of desires are backed up by neediness and fear. They don’t feel inspired because they’re filled with a need for external validation or completion rather than inner peace.

We all have these experiences, which is why it’s important to check in with yourself about the energy backing up your desires. It’s GREAT to be unapologetic about what you want, but let’s make sure you’re going into the manifestation process feeling empowered and relaxed, not desperate, insecure or afraid that you’re not truly worthy of happiness.




Follow these writing prompts in your downloadable worksheet:

  1. My desire is to manifest ____________
  2. In what ways does my desire bring me joy?

Answer the question in your worksheet. Let your pen flow and really commit to your desire.

Try writing for at least 5 minutes, and when you’re done, read over what you wrote. You may want to read it out loud or repeat it a few times so it really sinks in.

The secret to manifesting is to feel good and bring joy with you wherever you go. You’re worthy of your desires, and it’s good to feel good!

Let yourself truly FEEL the feelings of joy and inspiration, and give yourself permission to celebrate your desire.

Tomorrow’s lesson will build on today’s by helping you become more conscious of the energy you bring into your everyday life. I’ll give you a practice to use any time you want to feel better.
