Our energy attracts its likeness. When we emit high-vibration energy, we attract high-vibration people and circumstances. But when we emit low-vibe energy, we attract low-vibe situations.
That’s great news when you’re already in a good mood. But what about when you’re feeling down or stressed or angry? How can you raise your vibration?
No matter where you are now, you can get into that feeling of flow—of being in the zone and feeling good.
This Manifesting Course is all about subtle shifts. I have come to know that simply by adding up subtle shifts, I can always expect radical transformations.
You don’t have to change your mindset overnight. Just making a subtle shift in your perception will change everything.
You can choose again!
My 3-step Choose Again method is one of my most important tools for manifesting. This method helps you actively guide your thoughts out of a negative loop and into a positive vibration.
At some point today, when you notice yourself in a low place or not feeling your best, follow this practice.
Any time you’re stuck in negativity or fear, take a step back by consciously noticing that your thoughts and energy are out of alignment with joy.
Ask yourself, How do I feel right now? You can write down your answer on the worksheet below.
Forgive yourself for getting stuck in the negative thought and celebrate your desire to shift. Thank your negative thoughts for showing you what you don’t want and revealing what you do.
Set this intention: I forgive myself for having this thought. I thank the thought for revealing to me what I don’t want so I can clarify what I do want.
Answer this question in the worksheet: What is the best-feeling thought I can find right now? Then ask the Universe to guide you toward that thought.
You’re simply reaching for the next best-feeling thought. You’re not required to land on the ultimate solution. So, for instance, if you are struggling with finances, the thought, “I’m going to be out of debt in one week!” is likely to create more blocks because you probably wouldn’t believe it. Instead, choose a thought that feels realistic and possible. For this step to work, you must believe in your next best-feeling thought. If there’s any doubt, then your energy won’t back up your intention.
Your energy creates your reality. Consciously choose new thoughts and you’ll begin to raise your vibration. Tomorrow you’ll learn how you’re always manifesting, whether you realize it or not, and I’ll teach you how to consciously manifest what you truly want.
