Happy International Day of Happiness 🙂

Around the world, people are celebrating the simple act of being happy! Now doest that sound like a good idea. So today is simply doing something that makes you happy and celebrating whatever that may be.

Perhaps:

  • Going out for dinner
  • Meeting an old friend
  • Visiting a museum
  • Getting a massage
  • Dancing around your front room
  • Visiting a comedy club
  • Curling up under the duvet

There are so many options today, and all you have to do is enjoy them.  We live in a world that is so focused on the negative that it’s rare for people to truly celebrate happiness, so today is a wonderful opportunity to start to change that behaviour and enjoy our natural state.

What better day than today to focus on you!
