#Mindful March Day 12
Today we step outside again and take a moment to appreciate the world we live in. Today your task is to go outside and enjoy either the feel of the breeze or the warmth of the sun on your face. Enjoy the sensation, the temperature, any feelings it brings up or memories that arise from it. Just take a moment to breathe it in whatever the weather. I love the simplicity of this. You could even do this multiple times throughout the day, just pop outside for a moment, close your eyes and just breathe it in. It’s a fantastic tool again to help you to slow down and focus your mind without having to do much at all.
