This is a simple but effective practice, to help you drift off to sleep or to start your day in peace. It is designed so that you fall asleep to a range of gentle self-love affirmations. It also includes visualizations to help with relaxation and happiness to ultimately help improve your self-esteem. This meditation will help you to fall asleep and let go of the stress and tension of the day, and the affirmations will gently seep into your subconscious mind whilst you sleep. This is one of my all time favorite healing meditations. Perfection isn’t the goal of meditation, but this guided practice is perfect. The pacing is gentle, her voice and music choice is so soothing.
